How To Buy In Our Shop

To place an order :

• Find the item you would like to buy. You can do this either by searching the site or by choosing the category of the item on the left side of the page.
• Look at a detailed description and an enlarged photo of the item by clicking its name or its image.
• Add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
• Go to your Shopping Cart by clicking "View Your Shopping Cart" at the bottom of the viewed page.
• Click on "Check Out" to fill in your name, e-mail address and shipping information.
• Click "Make Purchase".
• When all necessary information has been entered, a "Thank You!" page with the total of the order will appear.
• Choose the Payment method - Credit cards (2Checkout), PayPal or Gift Certificate.

Shipping and Handling

All orders received for in-stock products are usually processed and shipped 48 hours after payment is received.

Our shop guarantees delivery of the order to the customer within 4-6 buisness days by express mail or within 12-15 buisness days by regular mail.
When adding up the total, the shipping rates are added to the price of the merchandise.

Greeting Cards

If you wish to send your order to your friends or relatives please let us know. We can add greeting card with your greeting text and your name to the package - it is free (it will be added instead of our "monthly gift").

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an All-That-Gifts.com product for any reason, simply return it within two weeks of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable, and merchandise must come back in as-new condition with all original wrapping materials. A minimum restocking fee (usually 5%-10%) shall apply. Restocking fee will be waived for exchanges.
