1. Question: How to order from your store?

Answer: Browse the catalog until you find the item you require. Click the Add to Cart (GO) button to add the product to your shopping cart. Feel free to leave the site and come back later: the items in your cart are stored for up to a year. But remember that all of our pictures are unique, and someone may like the same picture.
When you feel you have everything you need, go to your shopping cart and click the "Check out" button. You will be asked to select a method of payment. We accept checks, credit cards and PayPal.
A final confirmation of payment is sent to you by e-mail.

2. Question: How and when will I receive the ordered item?

Answer: Your merchandise will be sent to you according to the shipping method you have chosen. Our shop guarantees delivery of the order to the customer within 3-4 workdays by express mail and within a 10-15 workdays by regular mail. In any case the photo of your purchase will be sent by e-mail within 24 hours after your order is placed.

1. Question: What stones the gemstones pictures are decorated with?

Answer: Our artists work with natural gemstones only. The most explotable gemstone is amber. Among others are garnet, jade, nephrite, lapis lazuli, quartz, malachite, coral, agate.

2. Question: Do the gemstone pictures need a special care? What happen if they are left out in the sunlight.

Answer: The stones are finished not to lose their color even if pictures are exposured to sun. If a picture is dusted shake a dust off using a special gentle whisk.

Miscellaneous questions:

1. Question: I want to send a gemstone picture as a present to my mom (she lives in other state). Could you send it as a gift package?

Answer: There is a "gift package" option before you "Add to cart". Note that an additional 2$ per item is added to the total in this case.

2. Question: When I've ordered an item from your store for the first time, I've registered and completed the form with my home address. Weeks later I've decided to buy a present to my friend, which I've hoped to send directly to her. The problem is that I havn't found where to indicate my friend's address.

Answer: We are aware of this imperfection of our store. We recommend you to register with another name or to order as unregistered customer.
